Please move furniture with care. Women's spiked heels will also mark hardwood and resilient floors. Carpets and resilient flooring are easily stained or torn and damage to these surfaces is not warranted unless noted on the presettlement inspection list.

Seams

The normal settlement of your home may make seams in your vinyl flooring more apparent with time; the appearance of these seams does not represent a defect in installation or materials.
